Microsoft has released an official workaround for the problem in the latest Windows 11 insider builds 22449 and 22000.176, where the Taskbar, among others, would be unresponsive or totally empty.

PowerToys version 0.45.0 is out today and it packs a tons of bug fixes and stability updates. It is also headlined by a new settings menu which utilizes Fluent UX to bring it in line with Windows 11.

The EdgeDeflector developer has released v 1.2.3.0 with a couple of bug fixes and support for .NET Framework 4.8. We figured it's also a good time to remind people you can use it in Windows 11 too.

Microsoft had pushed a promotional notification to Windows 11 users which is currently in beta. The notification left Explorer totally unresponsive and crashed the Start menu and Taskbar of Windows 11

Microsoft today released Windows 11 and Windows 10 version 21H2 as optional updates for commercial customers running Windows Insider Preview builds in the Release Preview channel.

The Windows Subsystem for Android app has been listed on the Microsoft Store. Interestingly, it highlights support for Xbox One as well. Furthermore, the minimum requirements include 8GB of RAM.
