Windows 11 build 22458; Microsoft taps Brad Smith as vice chair of board; Microsoft to go passwordless

Microsoft has released Windows 11 Dev channel build 22458 that adds a new 'Sign-in options' link to the power menu in Start. There are also a bunch of bug fixes and known issues, as usual.
