Telegram adds 70 million users over WhatsApp outage; Windows 11 install could fail - and AMD CPUs see up to 15% performance hit

Twitch has reportedly been the target of a massive data breach. The publicly leaked data contains encrypted credentials, source code for some software, and payout details related to popular streamers.

AMD has said that its CPUs are taking a performance hit on Windows 11 systems and that it has teams working on the issues. Patches should be released later this month through Windows.

Users are reporting that Windows 11 installs are failing on their systems with error codes that read "0x8007007f" or "0x800F0830 - 0x20003". Luckily, there seems to be an easy fix for the first one.

Telegram founder, Pavel Durov, has revealed that the platform saw 70 million new users sign up during the WhatsApp outage that struck on Monday. WhatsApp and Facebook were offline for several hours.
