Microsoft rebrands its news service to Microsoft Start - Outlook bug lets phishing emails seem genuine

Microsoft Start is a unified brand for Microsoft's news service and a rebrand for MSN News and Microsoft News. The new name applies to all platforms, including the News apps on mobile.
