Games with Gold, Amazon earnings top $108bn, Edge lets you send tabs to other devices

Microsoft has updated Skype to version 8.71, and while there isn't much in the way of new features, it looks like the web version of the app will now work on Safari, both on desktop and iOS.

Microsoft is working on the ability to send Edge browser tabs and links to other devices, be it a phone or PC. The feature is now available on Edge Canary for desktop and Android devices.

The latest Games with Gold titles have landed from Microsoft, offering Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members copies of Armello and Lego Batman to claim and keep for free.

After releasing Edge Canary based on the unified Edge codebase to Android, Microsoft has now brought Edge Dev to the platform. The browser version coincides with that on the desktop.

The European Commission has raised several concerns with Apple over its 30% in-app purchases fee and the anti-steering rules that it has in place which third-party app developers must abide by.

Microsoft detailed new features added to Teams in April. These include Breakout room improvements, new mobile-specific design refreshes, polling features, new Teams-certified devices, and more.

Amazon today reported the highest ever first quarter earnings of any year, making $108.5 billion in net sales, a 44% increase year-over-year. Operating income doubled to $8.9 billion.
